Pililia, Rizal
Now, we already visited the two Windmills in the country, First is the Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Windmills and now the Pililia, Rizal Windmill.Windmill is an alternative source of energy, unlike coal fired power plant, it doesn't pollute our environment. Those Windmills not only produce electricity but tourism that generate an alternative source of income in the communities.
